HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DENGAN KEPATUHAN KUNJUNGAN ANTENATAL CARE (ANC) SESUAI STANDAR PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III DI PUSKESMAS WASAH KECAMATAN SIMPUR

Abstract

Introduction: In the ANC examination of pregnant women at Wasah Health Center who made visits in 2023 as many as 81 pregnant women from the target achievement of 101 pregnant women, pregnant women who made visits in the third trimester according to the standard were 61 (66.3%) the target is still far below the standard. Family support is a reinforcing factor that influences pregnant women to make ANC visits. Objective: to determine the relationship between family support and compliance with antenatal care visits according to standards in third trimester pregnant women at Wasah Health Center, Simpur District, 2024.

Methods: This study uses quantitative observational with analytic survey method using cross-sectional approach. The population in this study amounted to 50 people, with total sampling technique. The independent variable in this study was family support. The dependent variable in this study was adherence to ANC visits in pregnant women.  Data collection using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Chi Square test with significance α = 0.05. Results: Compliance with ANC visits according to standards in third trimester pregnant women as many as 40 people (80%) and as many as 10 people (20%) are not according to standards. Family support most mothers get family support as many as 36 people (72%) and 14 people (28%) do not support. The results of the Chi Square test of family support with compliance with ANC visits according to standards in third trimester pregnant women in the Wasah Health Center work area (p-value = 0.030 (<0.05). Conclusion: There is a relationship between family support and compliance with ANC visits according to standards in third trimester pregnant women in the Wasah Health Center working area.
