MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN TEKNO-DAI BERBASIS AL-QUR’AN DAN IMPLEMENTASINYA DI YAYASAN HUFFADZ GEMMA KOTA BOGOR

This thesis examines the implementation of Tekno-Dai educational management, which integrates technology into the learning and Qur'an-based da'wah processes at Yayasan Huffadz GEMMA, Bogor City. Tekno-Dai educational management refers to the application of management concepts in education that utilizes technology to facilitate the process of da'wah and Qur'an learning. This research is motivated by the challenges faced by educational institutions in the digital era, where access to information and technology is rapidly evolving. This study employs a qualitative method with data collection techniques such as observations and in-depth interviews with teachers, foundation administrators, and students. Through a descriptive analysis approach, the author identifies various aspects that influence the implementation of Tekno-Dai educational management, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluation within the context of digital da'wah education. The analysis concludes that the implementation of Tekno-Dai-based educational management at Yayasan Huffadz GEMMA has a positive impact on improving Qur'anic literacy and understanding among the students. This study suggests the need for teacher training to develop relevant technological skills and for curriculum adjustments in line with the latest technological advancements. Overall, this thesis recommends that in order to overcome existing challenges and maximize the potential of technology in Qur'anic education, collaboration between various parties, including educational institutions, the government, and the community, is essential. With an inclusive and adaptive approach to the digital era, it is expected that Qur'an-based education can be more effective and reach a broader audience, thus shaping a generation that is both literate and of noble character. In terms of theory, this research supports the concept of technology-based learning, where technology plays a significant role in enhancing the flexibility and effectiveness of the learning process. However, there are figures who oppose the application of technology in education, such as Neil Postman, who argues that technology may reduce the quality of human interaction within educational contexts. These findings recommend the need for technological training support for teachers and curriculum adjustments to keep up with the latest technological developments. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of collaboration between educational institutions, the government, and the community to optimize the potential of technology in Qur'anic education. With an inclusive and adaptive approach to the digital era, it is hoped that Qur'an-based education can be more effective, reach more people, and shape a generation that is literate and of noble character.
