Abstract

This study examines the development of teamwork skills across various educational levels, focusing on how individual abilities evolve into group competencies. The aim is to identify key teamwork skills emphasized at each level, from elementary school to higher education. Data were collected through in-depth, semi-structured interviews with six students across different educational stages. The findings reveal that communication and empathy are key at the elementary level, collaboration and social skills in middle school, problem-solving and teamwork in high school, and leadership and conflict resolution in university. The study shows that teamwork skills progressively develop and should be nurtured at each educational stage to prepare students for collaborative environments in academic and professional settings, enhancing overall group mastery.
